Unable to open Illustrator CS2

Been unable to open CS2 for the best part of 2 months. On a subscription. Received no hepl from the team besides moving my question to the AI forum. The problem is the programme loads then cuts off. I have reinstall AI 2xs same thing. Check registration no., everything seems fine. Just want to cancel the subscription now as I can't use the programme I am paying for.

 

Fortunately I have a partner who is computer and programme savvy he can't work out what the problem is either.

    Subscriptions were first available for CS5 and based on your previous post that seems to be the version you are using. Still, in neither thread have you provided any system info, so you are expecting people to solve your issues by looking into a crystal ball which is not bound to yield any answers, naturally. If you provide some info, I'm sure we can provide some guidance, but otherwise this is just one more of those "It doesn't work!" questions that are going nowhere.

    The system info? Load the programme it doesn't work. I'm on a PC using Windows 2007.
