Activation problem

I have installed my previously purchased ps5 to my laptop,when I try to use it I'm prompted I am already using it on 2 PC's, I had to infact reinstall it on my PC due to a hard drive problem. So in fact I have it installed on 1 PC and my laptop.

    Call support to reset activation count.

    I have tried calling, I have even done a web-X and no one can help. Here is what I get. Every thing was fin untill 2 days ago and Muse started to ask me to sign in and activate. HELP PLEASE!
