You have not told us which versions of the software you are installing or anything about your computer system. We are here to help, but we are not Adobe support. We are fellow users. Some Adobe personel do try to help here, but if you need individualized support for installation technical support is one option. Tech support for installation issues for current versions is free.
We need to know some system specs and what versions of the products that you are referring to. And yes, we also need to know what exact error it gives. Just saying that something doesn't work is just the worst way to ask for help.
