Blog spam

I am getting tons of spammers comments.

 

Although moderated before they appear, it is a pain to manually delete currently 10 spam comments per day and also the CRM contact which is automatically created by BC.

 

Has anyone managed to find a workable solution to minimise this?

    In the meantime, I thought best remove the field for comentators website so as to deter 'human spammers' and is not relevant for this site anyway.

     

    Anyone know where to access the comments form to remove this field please?

    Creativaholic, replied with answer on another thread

     

    Go To Site Manager > Module Templates > Blog Layouts > Blog Post Details Layout

    You'll find your form there, remove whatever you want.

    Hopefully this will help reduce the amount of spam comments, will let you know.
