BC template issues

I'm having a lot of trouble with the templates in  BC.  I have a completed site in DW that I want to present to a client on BC.  I cannot make BC open my site to a blank template.

 

Adobe help rep suggested opening blank BC template by clicking on "Try" on BC.com, but I get error1 when I do that.

 

I don't know what is wrong with me, but I cannot figure out how to open a blank BC template in DW.

 

Can anyone help?

    Hi there,

     

    Try going to admin > site manager > page templates and create a new template. That will give you blank template. You can then create a page and wrap it inside your blank template. Not sure why you need a blank template, so I apologise if I've misunderstood your request.
