Reinstalling CS5 Web Premium after crash getting Visual C++ Runtime error at SwitchBoard.exe

Reinstalling CS5 Web Premium after computer crash and repair.  Every time it gets to SwitchBoard.exe I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error.  I have tried many things found on Google to no avail - Help!!!  Any wisdom on how to fix it?
