Moved to CS6 (Design & Web Premium, Win7 64-bit) but I'm not happy with Acrobat X Pro--I need my comments on the bottom of Acrobat window and not on the right side. Can I uninstall only Acrobat X Pro from CS6 Design & Web Premium collection and reinstall Acrobat 9 Pro from CS5 safely?

You cannot uninstall single products. You need to uninstall the whole suite, then reinstall it with custom options to exclude Acrobat. And of course it would be kinda smart to reinstall Acro 9 before reinstalling CS6...
I have always the whole previous suite installed but the problem is that one can keep only 1 version of Acrobat on computer. But sometimes you need previous versions too.
