Google Chrome without permission

Whenever I install the latest Flash player, it install Google Chrome without asking permission. Why?

 

Windows 7 pro, 64 bit.

    I don't know how you install the updates, but most likely because you didn't bother to uncheck the checkbox regarding Google Chrome...?

    If there had been a checkbox, I would have considered that "asking permission." Unfortunately, there was none. I looked for one because there had been one on an update long ago. Not so on the last several.
