Flash Professional CS6 not Opening on PC

So I just installed the creative cloud suite on my mac and my pc. Flash Pro CS6 works fine on the mac, but after the initial launch on the pc it won't open again ever. I've tried reinstalling, tried updating, tried serching forums and calling adobe to no avail. I'm running an HP Dv7 media comp pc. There shouldn't be a problem.

Does anyone have an answer to this?
