Document compare is not capturing the changes perfectely

Jun 16, 2012 5:27 AM

While I am doing document comparison in Acrobat X pro it is not showing changes perfectely. I have 2 pdf files to make a compare report one is with little changes in figure sizing  due to this figure sizing some text has gone back to the figure in other words the figure overlapped/hided some text part. when the reports generated it shows that text part has been deleted. but actually the text part is hidden by the figure.

can anyone give your suggestion/help on this?

What's the PDF producer ? Try to reprint the files with Adobe PDF printer and see if you observe good results.

This issue seems similar to a bug that has already been logged in Acrobat X. Adobe engineering team will try to fix it as soon as possible.

What comparsion selection did you use? What types of documents are you comparing? Each selection processes the comparision slightly differently.
