Reinstall Adobe Elements

My hard drive failed and we want to know what needs to be done to reinstall the software on a different laptop. We had purchased the software as an online update following a trail package.

Download the trial version and install it. Use your serial number to register and activate it. Use the "Contact Adobe" link at the bottom right of this forum page to access the Adobe customer support system -- only they can resolve any potential activation issues.

Your are entitled to two activations. So no problems.
No need to contact Adobe unless you have exceeded the limit.

You suggesting we download the trial version or just go straight to the regular Elements download?
