CC Team Ready reseller didn't use my Adobe ID

My admin bought CC Team Ready for me from a reseller. The admin got a welcome letter, but she doesn't have an Adobe ID - the subscription is for me. How do I associate the membership with my Adobe ID? The reseller was stumped.

    Hi,

    Please contact support to have this resolved: Contact Adobe Support(http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/)

    On the support page, click on Creative Cloud "Managing my membership, subscriptions and online services".

    You will then have the option to chat with a support representative or call support using the phone numbers listed.
