Launch Error on Mac OSX

Hello, I have a pretty embarrassing bug that the software starts but gets stuck to the launchscreen

My config: iMac 27' 3,1 GHz AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1024 MB OSX 10.7.4

    Do you have a large number of fonts installed? Please try turning off "Automatic font activation" in Font Book.

    I have not made a particular change but the software working again and then stopped working some days I made ​​the change but said it makes no difference
