Stop DW connecting to the Internet for Help.

Hi Group. I hope I am in the right forum.
When I go to Help it now automaticaly connects to the Internet and comes to Adobe's website. How can I stop this from happening? I use my pc alot away from an Internet connection and it would be easier to not have the option. I know I changed the setting "Display Local Help content only" in the Preferences box but I don't know how to undo the choice? Can anyone help? I am using CS5. TIA.
