CS5: Menu widget doesn't work in any browser except IE9

As of recent, I found that the menu widget which I am using in my website (http://www.goodwinsanimations.com/) doesn't show the dropdown menus in any browsers correctly except Internet Explorer 9, which I use primarily so didn't notice the issue. Any help?

    Are you using some sort of domain forwarding service? 

    I see a Frameset on Goodwinsanimations but not on tardiskeeper. Is tardiskeeper your actual site?
