Apps missing from Creative Cloud Application Manager?

I installed the Creative Cloud Application Manager, but I don't see the option of downloading Premiere and After Effects in the Application Manager. Any thoughts as to why this may be?

The web page creative.adobe.com/ apps shows 17 apps available for download but the Application Manager shows 'All (13)', and Premiere and AE are two of the ones missing ....

If you have 32 Bit OS then the applications which are supported only on 64 Bit OS are not going to show in the AAM.
