    You have registered what? You do not get unlock codes from the forum. When you purchased your software directions for retrieving your unlock code should have come with the software purchase.

    As Michael said, if you are referring to a retail package for Elemnts or Lightroom, they come with instructions on how to obtain your serial number. For everything else we need more info, though generally this is only something support can handle.
