Access is denied dialog box at startup

Hi, i have a windows 7 x64 bit system.

I'm getting this dialog box at every startup saying only "Acces is denied" with an OK buttonflash.jpg

I was so annoyed with this problem that i uninstalled every adobe software from my PC but in no vain. I uninstalled flash player 11 but i think it was not uninstalled.

 

Also, another thing is i get a virus alert for AdobeUpdate.exe. I dont know if its really a virus or an adobe file. Please confirm it.

    Can you check with the Task Manager's Processes tab what process is causing that Access Denied message?

     

    AdobeUpdate.exe is not part of Flash Player, but may be a part of an older Adobe Reader version.  Can you do a search on your C: drive if you have that executable anywhere else than your temp folder? (Possibly in Program Files\Common Files\Adobe).
