my personal gmail account link on pdf I am creating leads to a 'warning page'? any ideas on how it should read so as to go directly to my email?
The warning says: 'this account has a password and might be a possible phishing site...etc...
I am not sure I know what you mean... I am an artist creating an Electronic page with links to my work. Under the heading 'Contact Me' I am putting a link to my personal email account: ie https://contactmehere@#gmail.com (fake address for purpose of illustration to you only.).
When I emailed the page to one of my other email accounts to test it and clicked on my email addrees link, it took me to a "possible phishing' message. Not good. It will scare prospects away, who when given that choice, I am sure will shut the page, as I would. What am I missing? Thanks!
Writing my last post caused me to realize what was wrong with the email link/phishing issue.
Of course the link to my personal gmail account will give a warning message because the link takes a person to a page that requires a password, (the gmail 'sign-in' page.).
I have to create a seperate email address on my website, and use that as a 'contact' button on the EPK....Is that right?
