Right-click on one of the headers on the left side and choose history:

You have to be in the Develop Module.

Got the panel back, however no history is displayed when I click on Panel?????

Hal, here is a snapshot of my left panel. Yesterday, I right clicked on the Navigator and got the history panel back. It seems like the history panel in this snapshot has an x at the end, whereas the rest of the panels has a + sign...

Kearnes,

The 'x', when clicked, clears the entire history for the current image. When pushed, it leaves the history sub-panel completely empty. That may be what you're seeing.
