When try view flash exe on touch screen display in fullscreen mode, screen goes black.

I created a flash movie in CS4 and published it as an exe file. The exe contains an embedded movie. When the flash movie is viewed on a touch screen display in full screen mode the screen goes black.

    Need more details..

    What touch screen? Which operating system? by "embedded movie" do you mean video?

    Does part or all of the .exe file play when NOT in full screen? if so which parts?

    Any other exact details would be appreciated.

    I'll have to find out all the above. I do know that the flash .exe plays in full screen mode unitl you try to play (click on) an embeddded video, that's when the screen goes black. I'll find out from the customer the touch screen type, and operating system.

    Does the video play without full screen?

    I tried something different, instead of using the .exe file, I published the flash as "html", and the file was launched in a web browser. It that the protocal, to view the source from html instead of an .exe when viewing in a web browser.
