Can not create application acount

Hi.

 

I am trying to create new application account. I get an error message

You are not eligible to use Acrobat.com services due to the Service Eligibility Requirements

 

???

 

What does it mean?

    I am not from US.

    I get this message when i try to set my home country as Estonia.

    If i set country to USA, everything works.

    Please contact tech support to work through this issue. Certain services are blocked in certain countries and we need to white list specific users in order to unblock them.
