1024 folio pdf and 1024 folio png

Is it possible to have two folios of the same name and size but one be pdf for iPad and one be png for Android?

 

Summer folio 1024 x 768 (pdf)

Summer folio 1024 x 768 (png)

    2 times the same size will not work.

     

    But you can create a 1024 x 768 PDF-Folio for iPad and a second PNG Version with 1024 x 767 px in size for Android.

    Is this the best way to do this?

     

    We only have one folio (1024 x 768) and do not want to do a lot of work for Android, it is less than 1% of our users.

     

    Won't I have to physically change the document size to 767?

    Yes, the source documents’ aspect ratio needs to match the folio’s. If you create a 1024x767 rendition, your source files should also be 1024x767. Or perhaps you could get away with setting the articles to Smooth Scrolling.
