Random error "TypeError: Error #1088/#1083 " after update to 11.3

Hi all,

After users on my website update to Flash player 11.3 my app randomly pops strange errors when loading xml files. Sometimes it gives complains for malformed xml, but after refresh it works fine(with the same xml). Here are some of the strange errors:

TypeError: Error #1083: The prefix "xmpMM" for element "InstanceID" is not bound.

 at MainChat/processSettings()
 at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
 at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
 at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()

TypeError: Error #1088: The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.

 at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
 at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
 at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()

TypeError: Error #1083: The prefix "rdf" for element "parseType" is not bound.

Any ideas?
