I've removed all remnants of Flash Player after having problems with the latest version since it was installed. Now I want to install an older version to see if that solves my issues. This is all foreign to me and I've spent 2 frustrating days just getting to this point. Can you please recommend which version I should install now? Thank you.
I'm using Windows 7 andFireFox 13.0.1.

In another thread I followed the advise and link to download 11.2.202.235. Some videos work but now I get a message saying a plugin is needed to display this content. When I click on the link it wants to download FlashPlayer 11.3.300.257. Doesn't that put me back to where I started?

So you downloaded the installer for 11.2.202.235 -- did you also run the installer?
Can you tell us what files you have in

In the Flash folder:
Flash64_11_2_202_235.ocx
FlashUtil64_11_2_202_235_ActiveX.dll
FlashUtil64_11_2_202_235_ActiveX (which asks if I want to uninstall when I click on it)
Same thing with the Flash 32.
Since it asks if I want to uninstall it I assummed it was loaded.
Thanks for your response.

You installed the add-on for Internet Explorer, but not the Firefox plugin; you will need to download the plugin installer for Firefox.
