P12 Certificate

Can anyone point me in the right direction for setting up an adobe p12 certificate?

    If you want to submit your panel in Adobe Exchange. I has to be signed

    For Paid Content must have a certified signature

    Extension Manager should be able to verify the developper's signature. A panel should be signed by a certificate issued by one of the following certificate authorities:

    - Chosen Security Thawte

    - Globalsign

    - Verisign

    - Comodo

    - Usertrust

    - Godaddy

     

    For Content posted as Free will be accepted with a self-signed certificate made when you export as a CS extension your panel.

    Can someone tell me which certificate to buy? For Sun Java or Adobe Air?
