Reactivating cs5 on new computer

I recently purchased a new computer. I destroyed my old hard drive. Now I need to reactivate cs5,but my serial number is rejected. This would make it my second computer it would be on,not three.

    What is the exact error message ?

    Which software are you installing and on which OS ?

    I trying to reactivate Adobe Photoshop CS5 extended Edition on Windows 7. The message is telling me the serial number is invalid because I already have used it on two computers. One is no longer available to deactivate. The message said I would have to contact Adobe.

    Well, the message is right - you need to contact Adobe support by phone or web chat to reset activations. This is just a user-to-user forum.
