Help Ae CS6

Hi, I had a trial for Ae cs6 that was expiring, so I saw the plan to extend and I purchased the plan for $19.99 monthly because I wanted to keep using the program.

My Ae expired so I bought the extention and downloaded and install the app files, but now when I click on Ae button still shows me a box with 0 days remaining and a button: buy now. Your Ae is expired.

I tried to open many times, even through finder and I can't, it doesn't open.

Can you help me to fix this issue and enable to use the Ae again? Otherwise I will have to cancel this plan because I will not gonna pay monthly for something I can't use.

    There is should be a button "License this software" on the trial expiration page.

     

    Click on that , enter your Adobe ID and password and then your Ae should be licensed.
