A good flowchart program for designing complex webpages

Any suggestions? Mac or cloud computing based? And free?Im looking for something free like OmniGraffle, but free. Does Dreamweaver having anything similar inside of it to rough out or think out sites?

Pen & Paper is my usual choice. But for wire framing and flow charting in a collaborative environment, you may like ProtoShare. It's not free but they offer a 30-day free trial. Watch the video to see how it works.

You can use www.ProcessOn.com - a free online diagram tool, which you can draw flowchart, organization chart, bpmn diagram and venn diagrams.
