Adobe InDesign CS6 Upgrade - Help!

I have Adobe InDesign CS5.5 and I wish to upgrade to Adobe InDesign CS6, our business is located in Norway, can we download an upgrade online?

    Sure. You'll need to do so directly through Adobe. Have your credit card handy.

    I tried that, i get an error saying the following:

     

    Error in Your Order 

    We’re sorry, but a system error occurred.

     

    To complete your purchase immediately, please call Adobe Phone Sales at (800) 585-0774 to place your order, or try Adobe.com again.

     

    When sometimes it sends me error messages saying my location is in Norway and i cant complete the purchase.

     

    Also tried changing my address to a US one, and it then gives me error messages that my credit card number is wrong. (which its not, ive checked 6 times)

    there seems to be issues when ordering the update from a norwegian IP/location

    Did you buy a US version initially? Are you using the Norwegian Adobe.com store or the US store? Have you tried calling Norwegian customer service?

    My Adobe InDesign CS5.5 is a Norwegian version. We would like our CS6 upgrade to be in English. Is this possible? Or do we need to purchase the full CS6 in English?

     

    I was using Adobe.com, the US site. Should i be using the Norwegian site instead?

    is it possible to purchase the upgrade with english language if the CS5.5 version is in norwegian?

    There's also a "Choose Your Region" button at the bottom left of the store page, and it looks like Norwegian takes you to http://www.adobe.com/no/

     

    Upgrading to a new language may be a problem, unless the installer offers you the choice of languages.

    is there any way to know for certain before i purchase this expensive upgrade? would suck if i pay money for it and it doesnt work..

    Can you find a Norwegian customer service number on the Norwegian site? They'd be better able to answer the language question than Bob or I, or you can hope another  user from Europe with some experience trying to change languages shows up.
