Every once in a while, SendNow chokes. Sometimes it's a scheduled downtime, sometimes it's something else. What I'd like to see is a spot at the forefront of the Support page that clearly states the status of the SendNow network, so I have at least a fighting chance to know when I can get back to work.
(For instance, this AM I'm having issues with virus scanning on larger files; I get the barber pole and it just never goes away, and I have to cancel. I'd like to know if it's an issue on my side of the equation or Adobe's.)
This is a great suggestion and I'll be sure to discuss it with the team that owns the support page for SendNow!

As for your current troubles, there have been a few scattered reports of odd behavior since our scheduled maintanence update last night. I'm not sure if the behavior you're seeing is related, but I'll make sure the product team investigates it!
