CS6 upgrade for CS5 , asks to Close Applications, When I ask for help it refers to Mac OS lion I am

Cannot continue with instalation of CS6 upgrade for CS5 because I.

'am asked to close applications that I do not recognise, when I refer to Help it quotes only for Mac OS lion I am on Mac OS 10.6

    Open Activity Monitor and close Adobe product Process and Safari or any other browsers.

     

    Click on spotlight and type Activity Monitor and press enter. Selct All Processes.
