Site showing up wrong within design mode

Hello, i recently upgraded from Dreamweaver CS5.5 to CS6 and my website is showing up completely wrong within design and split modes, only to resolve in live mode. In CS5.5 and other previous versions, i had no problem with this, but now that i have upgraded i am having this problem. Thanks in advance for any answers!

    Please post a link to the page or at minimum the entire code (HTML & CSS).

    I am guessing by "wrong" you mean all the white space? If so, try removing the 3 instances background:transparent from your default.css. This has come up a few times on the forums recently.

     

    You have 2 instances of background:transparent and 1 instance of background-color:transparent - all of which are not required and can be deleted.
