Web View not working

I was trying to see Web View's of my articles, but I get an - Article can't be located error message. These artciles are from two different folios, neither is working.

 

The folios were published using Sprint 20.

The 'Protect' check-box is off on the articles.

 

I am able to share through Facebook, Twitter and email, but these are the links produced:

    Open the Account Administration tool and make sure that the new option "Enable Web Viewer" is selected for your application. This option should be turned on for applications, but in some cases, it's turned off. If that doesn't solve the issue, please let us know.
