Ordering Photobook Online

I have created a photobook using Adobe Photoshop 7 (PSE format). The automatic "order" button no longer seems to be an option! Is there a way to send this to Kodak for printing before the deadline next month when they are stopping their online division?  Am I crazy and there is a way to order straight from Photoshop still?  Perhaps I managed to set something weird so the button no longer shows??
