Creative Cloud Student Edition: pointless waiting

My CS6 Trial expired yesterday (sat 16), and yesterday I subscribed to Creative Cloud. Now: I am a student + I have to wait for the academic identification + I subscribed on saturday = 3-5 days WITHOUT the programs I need to study/work. Why is there no way to keep using the software I paid for, while waiting for Adobe's approval? Something like a "temporary serial" that works for like 3 days, then expires. I'm thinking about the iTunes Store: first it delivers your music/app/movie, then charges your card, and if you don't have enough money to pay (in this case, if you are not a student), your account freezes. (or at least that's how it works in Italy) Why doesn't Adobe try something like this? Why do I have to be unable to work until monday or tuesday or even wednesday? And, will this wait-for-approval thing repeat every month?

(p.s. I don't know if this should've been posted under "ideas", if so I'm sorry)

The academic eligibility process is part of the purchase process and only required when you first purchase. I'll pass on your feedback regarding the temporary serial number idea.
