Why does Adobe Flash ver. 11 keep crashing in my sessions?

Just recently installed.......Using Windows 7 and Latest version of Mozilla Firefox 13.0.1

I'm not sure of exact version but this is what I downloaded and installed.......... http://aihdownload.adobe.com/bin/install_flashplayer11x32_mssa_aih.exe

Is that enough information? Is that version 11.3?

Please download the latest Flash Player from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

We shipped a patch that addresses some general stability issues for Flash Player 11.3 on Firefox.
