We had been using Adobe InContext Editing (ICE) to edit our website. Iwas informed that it has been discontinued as a standalone service. How can we edit our site moving forward?

Hi there,
I take it your not using an Adobe Business Catalyst site then?
This is the only place tha ICE works in now. You can not use it for 3rd party systems/CMS's any more as you noted.
