Frustrated! CS6 subscription downloading "stuck"

Purcased CS6 subscription 2 days ago. Have made several attempts to download. I have already downloaded the application manager. I am trying to download just ONE of the apps. CS6. It starts to download and then 3 hours later, only a quarter of the blue download bar is full. I have left it downloading overnight, twice, and once during the day for 8 hours and still nothing. Please help! I have a work deadline!!!

    hi

    may i ask if your connected through wifi connection? if you are, then try to connect your computer directly to the cable (hard-wire connection) and try to download again.

    Yes, I am at a hotel with wifi. I had the feeling this might be the problem. Thanks for responding!
