I've initiated the download for CS6, needed for class, but download manager has stalled for over 30 minutes with no movement. I know that this issue has been raised since March 2012. Is there a solution? How should I proceed? My connection is quite fast, no other issues at all, using TWC Road Runner. Please advise.
