Repeat accept conditions for Acrobat

Every time I try to open a PDF document the application asks me to accept the terms and conditions. That is for every single PDF document. I am using the ICloud package so I am not sure if it is only for this? I know I did not have the same problem with my Master Collection CS5.5? Has anyone else experienced the same issue??
