Application Managers download

I paid for and downloaded the adobe application manager. When going to install Indesign, it starts downloading, the bar process, goes to the end as if its complete, but then freezes and never does anything more. And when I try to open a document in Indesign, it shows not loaded. My only option is to close application manager and start over and its does the same thing over and over.

    Does it show some kind of error message? That'll help trying to troubleshoot.

     

    • Are you logged in to your computer with Admin privileges? Thats required for installation.
    • What OS/computer are you on. Details will help.
    • Any other Adobe software installed on your computer (previous versions)
    • Does this also happen if you try to install other CS6 software, Illustrator CS6 for example?
