Cloud serials - one more time

Everytime I start e.g Photoshop "Cloud" ask me to sign in.

 

I do.

 

And then - I have to enter a serial.

 

"Cloud" dont have serials.

 

I click the red button and get "You have 11 days left"

 

What do I do..?

    I'm wondering if it is reverting to prompting you to enter a serial number due to not being able to activate

     

    We have this document for activation issues, you might test the solutions here and see if one of them helps

    I checked a few things related to your account based on the order, everything looked normal.

     

    A few other things to check

     

    - What language did you install DW and Fireworks in?

     

    There is an issue with international versions sometime reverting to trial, that might be related here

    also, another possible cause oddly enough could be something like this

    Hello,

    I checked your order. You have purchased an English specific subscription which will only work with English builds. If you have to run on a norwegian build then you will have to cancel your English subscription by calling customer care and then purchase a MUL language subscription for creative cloud. Then your norwegian build will be able to run successfully with the subscription license.

    actually there is nothing that needs to be fixed by us... you , as a customer, will need to buy a MUL subscription after you cancel the current one.

    How did you purchase the first one...from adobe store?
