Shockwave setup

I get error message when I try to set up Shockwave:

  C:\windows\system32\adobe\direwdtion\np[32.dll

How do I solve this?

    Is there anything else in that message, or just that invalid directory and dll name?

     

    How are you installing Shockwave Player; directly on Internet Explorer, or from a downloaded installer?

    Thanks, we finally figured it out.  I was not using I was using foxfire instead of MS Explore.
