Error on Folio Builder Panel

Hi, does anybody el;se, getting this message in InDesing CS6?

An update is required to use Folio Builder. Please click here to download the Folio Producer tools.

I have, uninstall INDD, install it again, manually download the update, install it, and have the same problem. I'll try everything

How can be fix, any idea?
