Sorry for such a basic question - but what datafield(s) are used in the Folio builder to create a link to the custom multi-folio viewer app. I successfully created a custom viewer app and have several folios uploaded - but I  cannot get any of my folios to populate the viewer.

Looks like we are all up working late tonight!

    Hi,

to test if its working, you have to publish the folios to the distribution service, create a test user in itunes connect (if content is retail), ...

You can download the companion guide from the digitalpublishing.acrobat.com Dashboard to see the working steps in detail.

Thanks. I have published the folios to the Adobe distribution server as free content and the app builder and service uses the publishers credential JohnDoe[@]thepublisher.com. My own ipad that I'm using for testing is set up as a device in the apple developer site but that ipad and content accesses my own itunes account me[@]MyOwnDomain.com. I loaded the developer app through my itunes and it opens fine on the ipad but I do not see any content. I reread the PDF but I am missing something I think.

Did you publish Folios as Public and Free?

Thanks again - That solves part of the problem. I published as both Public and Free and they now load in to the viewer.

I also saw in a tutorial video that you are to use the "Bundle ID" for the custom app as the "Product ID" in the folio producer.

    CORRECTION:

I have TWO multi-folio viewer apps, and app each holds a different set of folios, and each app has a different bundle ID.

All my folios however are showing up in all my apps that have the same user ID and password.
I just Saw Bob B.'s post on this topic. Thanks all

Keith, I think you may have used the same Title id (Same Folio producer id) in Viewer Builder due to which free folios will show up in your app. For each new app, use a diferrent Title id/Folio Producer id which should have an Application Role assigned to it.

    Hi.

    Congs for the great job!

I would like to ask a question please.

Being already an adobe customer but using a free DPS account, is there any limitation using the DPS folio producer to publish private folios?

I need to do many tests on my iPad before the final release.

    Best Regards

    Stamatis

No, you can do whatever you want with the Adobe Content Viewer.

I need to publish my folio to test in my iPod Touch and my iPad, but they don't appear in my devices, but the folio was in My DPS Folio Producer.

    What I have to do?!

Check to make sure your folios are populated with the correct orientations. This problem frequently appears when the folio is set up as dual orientation, but only one layout is given for an article.

Please follow up if this is not the case, thanks.

Why I can't make my folio free when I'll publish it? I try all the things possible to do this but I don't know how doesn't work
