At this point I am unable to log-in to the system. Does not recognize my
user name and password.
Can you confirm my account is not locked up or is still active. I swear
that little dink CSR did something after hanging up on me.
I had to call my own IT department because he insisted I download Google
Chrome after stating I prefer not to because this was a company computer
and they do not like us downloading servers or software without going
through the proper channels. After being hung up on my own service web
software did not function because it was not defaulting to google Chrome
instead of Explorer.
