How do I reinstall Elements 10/Costco accidently deleted when trying to up inspriation browser

How do I reinstall Elements 10 which was purchased at Costco?  I have been using it since I bought it but accidently removed it to update the Inspiration Browser.  It seems that all the editing tools have gone away.  I still have the catalogs and pictures that have been edited but nothing to edit with...any help will be appreciated very much!

    You have to use the installer to install the Photoshop Elements,You must have received DVD or download link when you purchased PSE .

    Use the same to re-install

    Thank you.  I was responding to your message when I accidentally hit the enter key and the Elements 10 program went into deleting mode...It actually deleted the entire program so I tired the re-install with the DVD and it came back...so for now I am feeling much better...Thank you for your time and effort.
