Support files for Classroom in a Book (CS5)

I have just downloaded the Classroom in a Book for Dreamweaver (CS5) Kindle Edition. I have found that unlike other classroom in a Book editions there is no link to be able to download the support files. Is there a link to be able to download these to support my learning?

    I would try contacting the folks at Adobe Press. There may be a way to get a download link from them but I personally do not know of one. Here's their email:

    The URL for the support files is included in the first or last few pages of each eBook. Often eBooks open to the first page of the first chapter, and you must scroll back several pages to get to the front matter where the URL is located. You can't access the files directly from a Kindle, but entering the URL into a computer with web access will allow you to get to the files.
