Deactivation on dead PC

My laptop is dead and I need to re-install elements 9 on my new laptop but the serial number doesn't work because it's on my desktop too.

Only Adobe customer support can resolve activation issues. Use the "Contact Adobe" link at the bottom right of this forum page to access their help system. During business hours, you can initiate an online chat session which can resolve activation issues on the spot.
